Does someone have to be home?
No! Many of our clients provide a garage code, door code, lockbox, or key so we can clean while they're at work or running errands. If you'd rather be home, that's perfectly fine too! Our professionally trained, background-checked technicians will treat your home with the utmost care and respect either way.
Can you clean while I'm working from home or if other people are there?
Do I need an in-home walkthrough for a quote?
Usually, no! After 10 years in business, we've developed reliable estimating systems, and our software tracks production rates to help us provide accurate quotes.
For most homes, we can create a customized estimate with a conversation and a few photos of your kitchen, bathrooms, and main living areas. We also offer set 2-hour and 3-hour service options for smaller projects.
While we're in your home, our technicians use our 3-point lead system to monitor progress with the office. If your home needs more or less time than originally estimated, we'll always communicate with you before changing the scope of work or your invoice.
For homes over 4,000 square feet or unique situations, we're happy to schedule an in-home walkthrough if you prefer.
Will the tech arrive at the exact time that I book?
Our company provides a 2 hour gap to cover factors such as traffic, weather, car accidents, and life happenings.
Will one or multiple technicians clean my home?
For most homes, we use a solo technician model for cleanings estimated at under 4 labor hours. This allows our technicians to build stronger relationships with clients (and their pets!), provide consistent service, and maintain a full schedule of two homes per day.
For larger projects—such as deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleanings, or one-time cleanings requiring more than 4 labor hours—we'll often send 2 or even 3 technicians to complete the work more efficiently.
Example: A deep clean estimated at 10 labor hours may be completed by 2 technicians working 5 hours each, for a total of 10 labor hours.
How do you hire and train your cleaning technicians?
We take hiring seriously because we know you're trusting us in your home.
Every technician completes 1–2 in-person interviews, passes a background check, and participates in our 2-week paid training program before cleaning independently. Training takes place in the owner's home and the homes of trusted clients who help invest in developing our team.
Our goal is simple: to ensure every technician is professionally trained, confident, and prepared to deliver the quality service you expect.
Will I have the same tech every visit?
You will have the same tech most of the time, however we do like to train 2-3 techs per client in case your regular tech has a scheduling conflict, is sick, unavailable, etc.
Cleaning supplies- What cleaning products and equipment do you use?
We use a variety of professional-grade, concentrated janitorial products that have been tested and proven effective. Our team continually invests in education, including training through ISSA, to ensure we're using products safely and correctly.
To protect your home and provide consistent results, we generally use our own products and equipment. We typically do not use homeowner-supplied products unless they have been approved by our management team and our technicians have been trained on their proper use.
The one exception is vacuums. We prefer to use our clients' vacuums whenever possible, as it helps reduce germs and cross-contamination while also being more convenient. If you don't have a vacuum, or yours isn't working properly, we'll gladly use one of our professional Shark Navigator vacuums.
As new products and technology become available, we reserve the right to update the products we use to provide the best results. We also maintain a current Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for every product used, as required for safety and compliance.
What do you NOT clean?
- We do not do Laundry and we only do a minimal amount of Dishes. Anything more than half a sink-full is subject to an add-on fee.
- We do not clean biohazards or human/pet fecal matter.
- We do not clean electronics.
- We do not clean hoarding situations.
-
We don't move furniture, we do clean as far under them and around as possible.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Your feedback is a gift, and we truly appreciate it. We ask that you let us know about any concerns within 24 hours so we can send the technician back while the visit is still fresh. This allows them to see what was missed, learn from it, and continue improving.
We're human, and while we strive for excellence, mistakes can happen. We can't fix what we don't know about, so please don't hesitate to let us know if something wasn't completed to your expectations.
If you're available during the final walkthrough, you're also welcome to kindly point out anything that was missed. Our technicians appreciate respectful, constructive feedback and see it as an opportunity to grow.
Rather than offering refunds, we stand behind our work by providing partial recleans for any areas that were missed.
How are one-time cleaning estimates calculated?
For all non-recurring services—such as deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleanings, post-construction, and one-time cleanings—we provide a rough estimated range of labor hours. These services are billed based on the actual labor hours worked.
Our estimates are based on several factors, including:
- Square footage
- Number of rooms
- Shedding pets
- Current condition of the home
- Time since the last professional cleaning
While we're in your home, our technicians use our 3-point lead system to monitor progress and communicate with the office. If it appears the job will require more or less time than estimated, we'll contact you before making any changes. Nothing is invoiced without your approval.
Our goal is to provide transparent communication and no surprises.
When am I invoiced?
Invoices are sent after your cleaning has been completed. For one-time and hourly services, you'll only be billed for the actual labor hours worked, unless a flat-rate package was selected. In some cases, it could lead into the next day of operations.
Do you use automated texts and emails?
Yes! We use automations to keep communication timely and organized—but there are real people behind every message.
Meet the team:
- Erika (Owner): Oversees the overall operations and vision of the company.
- Jenna (Operations Manager): Manages scheduling, recruiting, customer support, and day-to-day operations.
- Nur (Sales Coordinator): Handles sales calls, social media, marketing, and new client inquiries.
You'll receive helpful appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and occasional cleaning tips and tricks. If you ever have a question, you're always communicating with a real person who is happy to help.
