No - we mostly do estimates online or over the phone. For larger houses, we may ask you for photos. We may need to arrange an in home estimate for houses over 3000 sq. ft. but that is as needed.

Nope! We just need to have two options for entry to avoid a lock-out. If you are home, no worries! We will work around you!

Our company provides a 2 hour gap to cover factors such as traffic, weather, car accidents, and life happenings.

We have a solo-cleaning model, however bigger spaces may require 2-3 techs.

Yes! All candidates are 110% vetted by completing federal and local background checks, as well as meeting with our owner at her home.

You will have the same tech most of the time, however we do like to train 2-3 techs per client in case your regular tech has a scheduling conflict, is sick, unavailable, etc.

We use concentrated professional cleaning supplies. We do prefer to use the client’s vacuum and mop for cleaning. However, we also offer the option to bring a full kit of supplies, including a backup vacuum, for an additional fee of $25. We also require that each bathroom has its own toilet brush.

  • We do not do Laundry and we only do a minimal amount of Dishes. Anything more than half a sink-full is subject to an add-on fee.
  • We do not clean biohazards or human/pet fecal matter.
  • We do not clean electronics.
  • We do not clean hoarding situations.
  • We don't move furniture, we do clean as far under them and around as possible.

We do our absolute best to stay within your maximum budget, which is discussed prior to your first appointment. We will reach out to you when we are in your home for approval of more time if needed.

You will be invoiced the business day following your service. You can pay via Credit Card or ACH.

No, both the client and CSC reserve the right to cancel service at any time. The only thing we ask you to sign is our Terms of Service to show that you have read it and understand it. Please note that all appointments must be canceled with at least 48 hours notice; otherwise, a 50% fee will apply. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 100% fee.

We do have a cancellation policy in place that is outlined in our client agreement that is sent to you during booking. We ask that we are given a 48-hour notice for all cancellations, except for those on Monday. If your appointment is on Monday, please let us know that you need to cancel by the previous Thursday to avoid incurring cancellation fees. This is to ensure that our technicians schedules stay full. 

Less than 48 hours: 50% fee

Less than 24 hours: 100% fee
